The Great Reform of Science (General Quantum Mechanics, Vol. 2) is a 2001 book by Kiril B Chukanov, part of his General Quantum Mechanics series. In it Chukanov sets out his theory of "quantum energy" and its basis in the physics of ball lightning.
Overview
Chukanov argues for a wholesale reform of physics grounded in what he calls General Quantum Mechanics, from which he derives a program for extracting usable "free" energy from quantum-scale processes. His central experimental claim concerns the artificial production of ball lightning, which he presents as the key to a new class of energy generators.
About the author
Dr. Kiril B. Chukanov holds degrees in architecture and civil engineering and a doctorate in thermodynamics, and has researched quantum energy since 1988. He is the founder of Chukanov Quantum Energy, LLC (formerly General Energy International) and is known for experiments on ball lightning. His other books include Unveiled Secrets of Primary Substance (2005) and The Universe as Revealed by God (2006).
