Thomas Neudorfer Lockyer (1926- ) served in the U.S. Navy in WWII, with a technical rank of Petty Officer AETM3/c. Returning in 1946, he rejoined Westinghouse Transformer Division (1944-1954) during which he was granted one patent. From 1954 to 1959 he was at Motorola in Phoenix. AZ. Then, at Philco, Palo Alto, CA as an Electronic Engineer was granted a second patent, and was elected as a Fellow in the College of Relay Engineers, for a paper presented at the 11th NARM National Relay Conference, OSU, 1963. Retired from Ford Aerospace Corporation (now Lockheed-Martin Aerospace), as Supervisor of Engineering Standards in 1985, he has to date written four books and several papers on the structure of energy and matter. He holds two patents, and is a member emeritus of the AAAS. His interest in alternative physics was fueled in part when his son Richard, who graduated in physics from Stanford in 1973, found he couldn't accept quark theory or the mainstream interpretation of Schroedinger's equation.
