==Abstract==

A method for predicting the stable orbital radii of planets orbiting stars or of satellites orbiting planets is presented. This method is based on a rationalized form of the Titius series, <em>X<sub>n</sub> - R = AB<sup>n</sup></em> in which the previously unpredictable scale factor, <em>A</em>, can be obtained using only the mass, radius, and equatorial velocity of the primary body in a given system. <em>A</em> is determined by substituting these three quantities in a relationship developed by dimensional analysis.
