New Research in Quantum Physics is a 2004 edited collection published by Nova Science Publishers, edited by Volodymyr V Krasnoholovets and Frank Columbus.
Overview
The volume gathers contributions on foundational problems in quantum physics and is associated with Krasnoholovets's program of submicroscopic quantum mechanics. In that framework, real physical space is treated as a tessellation of "primordial cells" (superparticles) — a "tessellattice" — and a particle is a local deformation of that lattice. Krasnoholovets also introduces "inertons," proposed elementary excitations that carry the inertial properties of moving matter. It is a companion volume to Developments in Quantum Physics.
About the author
Volodymyr V. Krasnoholovets is a Ukrainian physicist known for a deterministic, submicroscopic approach to quantum mechanics and gravity based on a cellular structure of space.
